Canadian rules addressing child pornography are set out partially V with the Canadian Legal Code, dealing with Sexual Offences, Community Morals and Disorderly Conduct: Offences Tending to Corrupt Morals. Section 163.1 with the Code, enacted in 1993, defines child pornography to incorporate "a visible representation, if it had been produced by elec
